This course will go through all of the essential elements to understanding your customers and target audience. Why would they choose your business to make a purchase? Learn about how demographics, geographic, psychographic aspects determine the purchase behaviour of your customer.
Businesses will always have greater success in attracting and interacting with customers, when they give due consideration to who their customer might be and the triggers that might motivate a reaction from those people. When you understand the psychology that drives a client, your level of communication moves up a notch, and your potential for doing business is in turn increased.
At the end of each lesson, you will be given a short interactive test to undertake, which will provide an indication of how your learning is progressing. Upon completing the very last lesson, you will be offered a more thorough automated test or examination. This final assessment can be undertaken at any time of day or night; and any day of the week; and if you achieve an overall pass; you will be able to obtain a "certificate of completion" with your name and completion date on it.
